Anixter Recognized as Global Superstar
Thanks to its accurate performance, rapid growth and favorable financial results, among other things, Anixter was one of the companies to be awarded with the "Global Superstar" designation by Forbes magazine. The selection took place after careful analysis and comparison among 2000 international companies.

In its April issue, Forbes magazine recognized Anixter as one of "Global Superstar" companies. The award was delivered after careful analysis of 2,000 different companies around the globe, among which 130 were selected because of their encouraging features. Anixter is one of these companies, since it was considered, when compared against its industry peers, as yielding positive results in terms of profits, sales and rapid growth.

This added value global distributor was included among the top five technology hardware and equipment companies, alongside Amphenol, Apple, Garmin and Hewlett-Packard. To achieve this recognition companies were evaluated using a number of financial metrics, such as sales and profit growth, return to shareholder and capital value, among other parameters.
