Best Practices in Security Infrastructure
The demand on security services and the acceleration of analog CCTV systems integration with other IP-based systems is on the rise. With all this in mind, Anixter and Commscope have jointly organized a new edition of the "Security IP Convergence" seminar, with the idea of helping channels familiarize with the latest market trends, and recommendations on what systems are best and how to implement them.
The latest edition of the "Security IP Convergence" seminar, organized jointly by Anixter and Commscope, was celebrated on June 4th, in the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The meeting was an excuse to present the latest breakthroughs in convergence technologies, as well as the best practices suggested for the installation of high-performance cabling infrastructures.
The newest trends in security systems, the overview of standards and the latest integrated IP technologies, plus an introduction to the basic principles of networking and PoE (Power over Ethernet) technologies, were some of the issues dealt with during the meeting.
A number of storing and data compression solutions for security networks were also presented during this special seminar.
