CommScope Rebrands Corporate Identity
To reflect the special moment the leading manufacturer of infrastructure solutions is experiencing, CommScope has decided to launch a new corporate identity. Resources, growth and confidence are the values inspiring the new image. CNX Anixter brings you all the details!
Over the last ten years, CommScope has shown a remarkable growth in size and has also expanded onto new markets. Anixter, global leading distributor of CommScope solutions and business strategic partner, has not only witnessed this growth but also accompanied the way to success.
More recently, CommScope has joined the Carlyle Group, thus becoming a private capital company. As part of this interesting moment the manufacturer is experiencing, Commscope has decided to launch a new corporate identity representing the company’s current position and its role as a resource and reliable partner for network providers around the world.
This rebranding is the first change in CommScope’s image since the mid 90s, and  follows with the acquisition of Avaya’s Connectivity Solutions division in 2003 and Andrew Corporation in 2007. The new corporate identity will provide the brand a much more contemporaneous look to it, while capturing the movement and energy of a dynamic global company in constant evolution. In addition, it states a much more structured products and solutions brand hierarchy, servicing telecommunication carrier markets, cable TV, business companies and the government section.

New Identity, New Personality
The new brand image proposed by CommScope for this new stage includes a change in the logo: an upgraded design with the incorporation and redesign of the corporate icon, also represented by a new cyan blue. The company formalized its “At Home, At Work and On the Go” terms to represent the three main market segments it currently serves -broadband (cable TV), enterprise and wireless- and the introduction of icons simbolizing each one of these terms.

Through its CNX, Anixter takes pride in accompanying CommScope along this important change and commits itself to offering all the support to make this stage a successful new beginning.
