MGC customers will receive discounts outlined below with the purchase of qualified RMX solutions, premier services and implementation service. The MGC Loyalty offer is intended as an end-user discount, the fixed discount (varies by product purchased) is taken after the standard Polycom discount.

1. This offers in only available for Polycom MGC customers.
2. Customer must provide proof of MGC purchase using the attached MGC Loyalty Offer Form. The completed MGC Loyalty Offer Form must be approved the Polycom Sales Representative and submitted to the Certified Polycom Partner to include with the new RMX Purchase Order.
3. Discounts applied on a one to one ratio (one confirmed MGC for one RMX), discounts vary and are based on the RMX solution purchased. Associated three-year premier service and implementation service must be on the RMX purchase order.
4. This offer is available to end-user customers that purchase from a certified Polycom Channel Partner. Partner must be certified to sell Polycom RMX 1500, RMX 2000 and RMX 4000 solutions.
5. This offer may not be used to support stocking orders. Purchase order must be tied to a customer order; customer name must be on purchase order.
6. Qualifying orders must contain at least one targeted Polycom RMX solution, maintenance and implementation service.
7. This offer is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law, channel, and/or end-user policies.
8. This offer may be combined with the complementary Polycom RMX service offering (Polycom or Partner Branded); however may not be combined with any other NST or discounts.
