Bosch keeps incorporating products to its already wide portfolio of videosurveillance solutions Anixter distributes across the region. This month, the two leaders are presenting the IP video management systems DLA 1200 and DLA 1400 Series, simple, centralized “all in one” storage management solutions, with capacity up to a maximum of 32 and 64 IP cameras, respectively.
This intelligent IP video storage appliances eliminate the need to separate the Network Video Recording server (NVR) and storage hardware. This can result in a total cost of ownership reduction in videosurveillance systems of up to 45%, in addition to reducing total power requirements.

These new systems offer a storage capacity of up to 4TB for the DLA 1200 Series or 8TB for the DLA 1400 Series. Thanks to Bosch Video Recording Manager (VRM) software, you can obtain unique IP video storage solutions suitable both for Small and Mid-sized companies.
Its integrated, low maintenance design combines the NVR server capacity  with intelligent video storage, thus reducing likeable failure points. “Plug & Play” network recording is ideal for IT minded users.

The DLA 1200 Series is integrated inside a compact, ultra-silent tower chassis, and allows recording of up to 32 IP video units.

When adding free Bosch Video Client (BVC) software, the 1200 Series becomes an extremely cost-effective 16-channel IP video management solution. The BVC allows users to see HD cameras (1080p and 720p) and SD cameras at the same time. It is also possible to expand the storage capacity by adding more systems to the 1200 Seies. Likewise, the DLA 1400 Series allows recording of up to 64 IP channels per system, and can be purchased as either a 1U (4-bay) or 2U (8-bay) rack mount unit. It features hot-swappable interconnection drives and RAID-5 data protection to guarantee optimum system uptime. It can also become a complete video management solution for up to 64 cameras when combined with Bosch VMS Lite.

In addition, it offers the possibility to scale up to 512 cameras when using more than one 1400 Series (5) system in combination with Bosch VMS Professional Edition.

Both the DLA 1200 Series and DLA 1400 Series IP video storage appliances are very simple to install, use and manage. Wizard-based set-up and centralized configuration reduce installation times by as much as 50 percent. All components are delivered pre-installed and pre configured. Once connected to the network and running, systems are ready to start recording straight out of the box.
