In alignment with these objectives, CommScope launched its Business Partners Global Program, aimed at providing them with greater backup with a number of resources and benefits worldwide.

Increased Support at All Times
Through its SYSTIMAX and Uniprise brands, and the new Wired for Wireless solution, CommScope is offering professional services with global scope exceeding the most demanding customer expectations. With the new Business Partners Global Program, the leading manufacturer complements its technical, marketing and sales support programs and resources especially devised for their business partners.

The program features global requirements and rewards that seek to develop existing capacities in CommScope Business Partners. This proposal has been established with the aim of providing support for cutting edge wired and wireless infrastructure solutions, and, in turn, create alliances with organizations that have the  experience, coverage and capabilities to represent CommScope solutions portfolio.

Customer Support
This proposal includes a global customer satisfaction survey, in an action which will enable customers to evaluate CommScope Business Partners’ performance and select the company with the proper experience and support for their network infrastructure and IT requirements.

CommScope Business Partner Program creates a support network made up by infrastructure companies devoted to understanding customers’ needs and providing them with suitable solutions to help them be ready today to face tomorrow’s communication demands.

Business Partners Classifications
CommScope resellers are classified into existing Business Partners categories. A new incorporation devised by the leading manufacturer is the Solution Business Partners category.

  • Authorized, Prestige and Elite Business Partners: these are resellers in charge of the design and complete installation of passive physical layer infrastructure solutions, such as SYSTIMAX or Uniprise.
  • Solution Business Partners: these are resellers in charge of the design and installation of CommScope integrated solutions, such as iPatch or In-building Wireless Solutions.
  • Integration Business Partners: they are in charge of integrating CommScope solutions into a wider portfolio, and are supported by other Business Partners for passive solutions installation.
  • Implementation Business Partners: there are resellers whose specific job is to install a solution or application in particular.

Each partner can have one or more simultaneous accreditations, depending on their experience and expertise.
