An intuitive user interface allows to program and select associated behaviours and alarms. For example, the intelligent video system detects abandoned objects: it views objects located within the predefined area and sets off the alarm whenever an object remains too long within the specified area.

The system also detects and sends a warning, by means of an alarm, in the event of an object being removed from the area specified by the user. This type of operation is ideal for customers who want to preserve highly valuable objects, such as, for instance, a painting on a wall or a sculpture on a pedestal.

• Directional Movement: sets off an alarm whenever someone or something moves in a certain direction.

• Object Counter: it calculates the number of objects within a defined area or when crossing a defined alarm line. Most common applications include person and vehicle counter.

• Camera Sabotage: it detects contrast changes in visualization. An alarm goes off if paint is spread over the camera, or if the lens is covered. Unauthorized changes in the positioning of the camera also cause the alarm to go off.

• Movement Adapter: it detects and tracks object entering a place. The alarm goes off when objects enter the area defined by the user. Objects are monitored until they leave the area.
