The following product lines AudioCodes, Mediant "Enterprise Session Border Controller" (E-SBC) and Mediant "Gateways" offer direct SIP connectivity between the company voice infrastructure, Microsoft Lync® Servers, "Trunking SIP", and PSTN service providers.
These devices provide comprehensive coverage of customer needs to connect the Lync® Server solution with all kinds of new and existing network points, existing PBX, remote users and service providers.
The Mediant modular platform provides investment protection by supporting the gradual migration from TDM to IP and from PSTN to SIP Trunking, using the integrated option to add software licenses of "Session Border Controller" in the top part of the Gateway platform. AudioCodes "Session Border Controllers" and AudioCodes "Gateways" are approved by Microsoft and offer the flexibility of multiple densities and a set of alternative features.

Analog devices can connect to Lync® through analog ports on improved "Gateways" or using an external analog adapter based on the product line of AudioCodes MP- 1xx
